I came to London for one night - everything was really good. Service-minded team who provided a great service. The breakfast was freshly cooked and I loved the restaurant where it was served. It was perfectly set in a particularly good area. I ate in the pizza restaurant nearby.

The location was marvellous, 5 minutes' walk to the centre. Had a new-fashioned and soundproof room to myself with free drinks as well as heating.

The place was exceptionally clean and staff was very professional and friendly professional. We were at the superior room, it had fantastic view. They recommended a very nice restaurant with good food. Thoroughly enjoyed this thoroughly enjoyable stay during a business trip.

The staff were wonderful and elegant, everything was wonderful. The breakfast was enjoyable with the option of porridge, nondairy plus porridge, and the facilities were fantastic. The hotel was in a very central setting close to tube station if need to travel further.

This was a very positive stay for 5 nights. The unbeatable location was not very far from an art museum. The hotel itself was in a fairly nice area, adjacent to Victoria Embankment Gardens.

It was new-fashioned, soundproof and with bathroom toiletries provided.
